The event is built around four key blocks, each representing a core aspect of boundary setting and each building naturally on the next. You'll get a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises and expert deep dives to strengthen both understanding and skills. We end the day with a mini-fair featuring organizations and resources that support women's growth and wellbeing. This is a chance to explore further resources and map out your next steps, helping you integrate the tools and insights
- creating impact in your life well beyond this inspiring day.

Boundaries

Block 1

This block focuses on what boundaries in dating and relationships are - and what they are not.
You will learn the difference between needs, boundaries and violations. You will learn why understanding and expressing your needs is the natural starting point, what healthy boundaries look like and how you can work with both your needs and boundaries long before protecting yourself from violation becomes an issue. You will learn that setting boundaries is really the core to genuine connection, and it can be far simpler than you ever thought.

Block 2

Communication

This block breaks down how to communicate your needs and boundaries in a clear and grounded way. You will learn the common patterns that make communication go wrong - and what to do instead. You will practice the actual words you can use to express yourself clearly, helping you bridge your inner world with the people you care about. You will also explore the crucial importance of aligning your words with your actions, since your boundaries are rarely understood or respected until both are consistent.

Block 3

Self worth

This block addresses the most impactful communication of them all - the one you have with yourself. You will learn that the content of this frequent inner dialog is foundational for every relationship in your life. How you speak to yourself, treat yourself, and show up for yourself shapes what you believe you deserve and how you let others treat you. This is why we turn inward and explore self-worth. Your value is not determined by other people, by performance, or even by self-sacrifice.

Block 4

Connect to yourself

This block addresses the missing piece; how to actually do it in real life when things are not as simple.
Up to this point, you have explored your needs, boundaries, how to communicate them and what role your self-worth play. You understand the logic, how to do it and why it matters. But how do you express your needs when you are unsure of what they are? How do you work on your self-worth when your emotions overwhelm you? How do you communicate your boundaries when doubt or pushback from your date makes you lose faith? All of these questions share the same answer - connecting to yourself - and we will show you how this can be much simpler than it seems.

This is exactly what I need,

of course I want to be at this event!

(and we would love to meet you!)

, “GREY AREA”

What is the “grey area”, really? We all know it, but we can’t really explain or understand it. Just that it isn’t a nice place to be in.

The classic "grey area" is when something about a situation or person feels wrong or unpleasant, but objectively we can't immediately pinpoint what exactly about the situation makes us feel this way. There is a mismatch between the feeling we receive and the situation we observe. Afterwards, we can sometimes describe it, like the person we met was standing too close, sending out creepy vibes, or just saying things that pushed a button inside you. But when you try to explain it to your friend, it just sounds silly, and now, with some distance from it, you start to question whether you read too much into it. Still, you can't let the feeling go.

Let's sort this out together—and give you tools to use in these situations.

Mementum

Elisabeth's background is in healthcare. She works with CBT and coaching and is also active in the health science field within women's health.

Much of what I do revolves around understanding how we relate to ourselves and to the people we meet throughout life. When we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, we also create better conditions for changing our patterns and behaviors. My background is in healthcare. I am a trained nurse and have also worked extensively with stress management and coaching. Alongside this, I am active in the health science field. In many ways, my entire professional journey has been centered around people and their well-being, which is something that suits me perfectly as I truly love working with people. I am genuinely looking forward to this event and to meeting all of you.”

“My passion is helping people understand emotions, reduce self-criticism, and build lasting inner strength. Strengthening our capacity for compassion and self-compassion has a powerful impact—it transforms how we relate to ourselves, to others, and thus our capacity to lead a life we value and create the world we want.

I am excited to be a part of this event, as empowering women in all forms is close to my heart, and I believe that self-compassion plays a central role in safe and joyful dating!

Jorgelina Melano

Founder and Managing Director at Unbound Factor

Unbound factor

Jo has worked as a senior marketing and business leader in global consumer goods companies for nearly 20 years. Most recently, she founded Unbound Factor, bringing together her corporate experience with trainings built upon research from neuroscience, psychology, and behavior change. She trains and coaches teams and individuals on mental fitness practices, helping them embed wellbeing behaviors into their everyday lives to sustain high performance.

I founded Unbound Factor with the vision to normalize the prioritization of wellbeing. By adopting simple wellbeing behaviors, we not only feel better, but also function better and sustain our performance over time. Our workshops, training programs, and 1:1 coaching help do just that, covering insights, experience, and measurement to drive sustainable change.

I'm excited to join this event and contribute to this important topic. I’ll be focusing on behavior change through a neuroscience perspective to help participants apply what they learn and create real impact in their everyday lives.
